The Partner Solutions Architect - Public Sector joins the team to multiply technical reach through a portfolio of managed partners, including SIs, resellers, and cloud providers. This role focuses on driving partner-sourced pipeline, building technical capacity, and co-building repeatable solutions for the US Public Sector. You will manage technical engagement plans, lead hands-on lab workshops, and architect solution blueprints and reference architectures. Key responsibilities include creating reusable demos, authoring white papers, and delivering enablement roadmaps. Required skills include pre-sales experience in the software sector, knowledge of security operations, observability, and AI/semantic search technologies. You must be proficient in architecting solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. The role addresses the technical challenge of enabling partners to independently source, win, and deliver complex search and security solutions.
Generate approved partner deal registrations in coordination with Partner Managers.
Qualify deal shapes and provide technical scoping to help partners attach their own services.
Accelerate partner-led opportunities by running hands-on labs and proofs of concept.
Create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans and deliver enablement and certification roadmaps for partners.
Lead hands-on technical lab workshops to build partner confidence and solution fluency.
Co-architect solution blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable demos with partners and hyperscalers.
Author customer-facing content including white papers, blogs, and sales collateral.
Support technical deployments of Elastic in partner labs and demonstration environments.
What we're looking for
Must be located in or within close proximity to the Florida Panhandle.
Must have 2+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Must have 1+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing in the US Public Sector.
Must have professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Must have working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search.
Must be able to travel to partner offices, events, and conferences approximately 30% of the time.
Technical experience in at least one Elastic solution area is highly desired (AI agents & Search, security operations, or observability).
