What we're looking for
Must be based in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, or Tysons Corner / Northern VA area.
Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity and collaborate in-person at the Elastic Virginia office.
4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Presales Consultant in enterprise software or federal high-tech.
Experience supporting federal mission areas such as Healthcare, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, Data & Analytics, Financial Systems, or International Affairs.
Proven success leading technical evaluations, analysis of alternatives (AOA), and articulating ROI for platform modernization.
Ability to influence technical decision-makers and inspire confidence in both small technical teams and large executive audiences.
Experience in Machine Learning, data resilience, failover architectures, and systems designs (preferred).
Design experience with AI systems, foundation models, and closed LLMs (preferred).
