What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
Support partner initiatives including end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value.
Advocate for partner concerns regarding use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings to provide recommendations for improving Datadog feature adoption.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform features.
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

What we're looking for

Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to articulate value to both technical and executive audiences.
Possess confident presentation skills.
Experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD.
Experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners like Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers.
Experience using Datadog and other cloud monitoring tools such as APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, or NPM.
Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
