What we're looking for
Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Candidates typically have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
Must possess native-level Korean proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
Demonstrate confident presentation skills and the ability to articulate value from server room to boardroom.
Experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD (preferred).
Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners such as Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers (preferred).
Previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (preferred).
Previous experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging (preferred).
