Partner Solutions Architect (India GSI) joins the technical solutions team to serve as a trusted advisor for the Channels & Alliances business segment. What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
Support partner initiatives including end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value.
Advocate for partner technical concerns such as feature requests and support issues with internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings to provide recommendations for improving Datadog feature adoption.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform features.
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Candidates typically have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to articulate value from the server room to the boardroom.
Possess confident presentation skills.
Experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD is desired.
Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners like Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers is a plus.
Experience using Datadog and other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM) is preferred.
Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging is preferred.
