What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
Deliver end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value for partner technical initiatives.
Advocate for partner concerns regarding use cases, feature requests, and support issues to internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings and provide recommendations to improve adoption of Datadog features.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform capabilities.
Curate and evolve best practices for successful Datadog platform adoption.

What we're looking for

Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Candidates typically have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to articulate value from the server room to the boardroom.
Possess confident presentation skills.
Experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD is desired.
Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners like Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers is preferred.
Experience using Datadog and other cloud monitoring tools such as APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, and NPM is preferred.
Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging is preferred.
