What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
Deliver end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value for partner technical initiatives.
Advocate for partner concerns regarding use cases, feature requests, and support issues to internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings to provide recommendations for improving adoption of Datadog features.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform capabilities.
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

Must be a current EU resident.
Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Demonstrate a track record of learning and passion for staying tech-savvy.
Ability to articulate product value to both technical and business stakeholders.
Confident presentation skills.
Experience in two or more areas including Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Management, or CI/CD (preferred).
Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (preferred).
Previous experience using Datadog, other cloud monitoring tools, or performing root-cause analysis (preferred).
