Partner Solution Architect, AI Business Solutions

What you'll do

• Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures tailored to meet specific partner business needs.
• Lead architectural design sessions to align technical requirements with partner business goals.
• Develop proof of concepts and pilots to validate solutions and drive partner adoption.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions.
• Facilitate the transition of partners from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
• Build production-ready AI and agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
• Create reusable intellectual property and differentiated managed services for AI offerings.
• Act as a technical bridge between Microsoft engineering teams and strategic partners to integrate emerging capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT, consulting/support, software development, or practice development (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of enterprise technical experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio (preferred).
• Experience in technology IP solutions and deep understanding of digital transformation, generative AI, and SaaS services (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
• Understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, security/governance best practices, and Prosci adoption and change management (preferred).
• Technical certification in Cloud or security from providers like Microsoft, AWS, or Google (preferred).
