Order Orchestration Development Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end integration architecture for the order lifecycle from proposal through billing.
• Define and govern integration standards for all systems to ensure scalability and AI-readiness.
• Translate program objectives into executable technical workstreams with clear ownership and sequencing.
• Coordinate development across internal engineering teams and external delivery partners to ensure quality.
• Design and implement AI agent capabilities for classification, routing, and autonomous execution within order management.
• Establish technical governance models for audit logging, compliance checkpoints, and data lineage.
• Ensure all integration designs meet SOX, data privacy, and export compliance requirements.
• Communicate architecture decisions and risks to senior business and IT stakeholders as the primary technical voice.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise systems integration (preferred).
• Experience across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and order management systems (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP ECC/CRM, MuleSoft Anypoint, and/or IFS Cloud (preferred).
• Experience designing or implementing AI agent workflows or ML-powered automation (preferred).
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements for billing and revenue recognition (preferred).
• Experience working with global delivery partners in a technical leadership capacity (preferred).
