What you'll do

Maintain air traffic control display software within an object-oriented environment using C++ and Java.
Perform software development tasks specifically for the Terminal Flight Data Management (TFDM) system.
Provide technical support for system engineering requirements.
Design user interface frameworks including both client and server-side components.
Execute software development tasks within an Agile Scrum environment.
Manage source code using version control tools such as Git, Subversion, or CVS.
Develop and maintain applications on UNIX and Linux operating systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Experience in object-oriented design and development in C++ and Java.
Experience following a documented Software Development Process.
Experience using version control tools such as Git, Subversion, or CVS.
Experience using UNIX and Linux operating systems.
Experience with Qt, Ansible, shell script, Python, or other languages (preferred); familiarity with Atlassian Tool Suite/JIRA and FAA domain knowledge (preferred).
