What you'll do

Configure and manage the Oracle Cloud Benefits module as a subject matter expert.
Consult on functional best practices regarding Oracle Cloud HCM policies and business processes.
Translate complex business requirements into appropriate technical configurations for the benefits module.
Lead the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, and unit testing.
Perform impact analysis and testing for monthly and quarterly system patches.
Provide guidance to technical teams on integrations, conversions, and reporting.
Create end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.
Maintain system processes and suggest improvements for continuous process optimization.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead and 5-7+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud.
Expertise in Benefits, with knowledge of Core HR and Compensation.
Experience with monthly/quarterly patch testing, issue resolution, and impact analysis.
Ability to lead the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience with public sector clients such as state governments, counties, and cities (preferred).
