What you'll do

Design and oversee the architectural blueprint for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients through complex Oracle ERP transitions.
Lead implementation teams through testing cycles, including the creation of test cases and scripts.
Develop technical proposals, estimates, and demonstrations to support pre-sales activities.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in creating change orders for existing projects.
Advise clients on IBM offerings, strategy, and various implementation trade-offs.
Provide thought leadership and strategic planning to grow the internal Oracle ERP practice.
Manage project risks by ensuring solutions are architecturally complete and meet client requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
Experience as a Senior Solution Architect on at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects in the USA.
Knowledge and experience in GASB Accounting, Reporting, Encumbrance, Fund, Projects, and Grants Accounting.
Hands-on expertise in designing and building modular, scalable enterprise systems in Oracle Cloud Financials.
Public Sector domain experience is considered an asset.
Experience with other Cloud modules such as Supply Chain and HCM Applications (preferred).
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration, customization, integration, and security standards (preferred).
