Oracle Cloud ORC Functional Lead
The Oracle Cloud ORC Functional Lead joins the IBM Consulting team to lead and support HCM Cloud engagements, specifically focusing on ORC modules. This role involves leading discovery workshops to define business requirements, performing gap analyses between delivered functionality and client needs, and designing, testing, and deploying business processes within HCM Cloud modules. The individual will manage system configurations, develop testing scenarios and scripts, and oversee unit, integration, and acceptance testing while documenting all application setups. Key technical competencies include a deep understanding of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards, and security, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA.
