Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Direct and lead all daily IT Field Services operations across the Point Mugu and Port Hueneme site groups.
• Manage and enforce strict Service Level Requirements by monitoring the HPSM queue and prioritizing VIP hardware deployments.
• Mentor and lead a blended workforce of over 10 Leidos employees and subcontractors across multiple vendor contracts.
• Generate and consolidate daily and weekly operational reports tracking ticket burn-down rates and critical SLA vulnerabilities.
• Conduct synchronization meetings with Technical Leads to align operational priorities and identify systemic bottlenecks in the deployment pipeline.
• Oversee the tactical leadership and operational oversight of the site group to drive deployment velocity.

What we're looking for

• DoD Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma with 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or additional related education or certifications in lieu of experience.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification.
• Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined/noisy spaces, use hand tools, and read digital test equipment like OTDR.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Prior experience supporting the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) or similar DoD enterprise networks (preferred).
• Experience utilizing enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as HPSM or Helix (preferred).
