IT Site Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary site lead and liaison for the 744th Communications Squadron leadership.
• Manage a $5M+ budget and a $6M project portfolio to deliver IT services to over 7,000 customers.
• Lead a 50+ member team with administrative authority over hiring, performance, and rewards.
• Oversee IT operations including help desk, network administration, cyber support, and technical refreshes.
• Direct the Site Operations and Site Projects Managers to prioritize and deconflict all program requirements.
• Develop weekly briefs and provide input for daily operational updates to squadron leadership.
• Manage the lifecycle plan for the base area network and ensure mission and network resiliency.
• Coordinate with the Cyber Support Center to manage incident response and provide stakeholder updates.

What we're looking for

• Must have a BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience, a Master's with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
• Must have 10+ years of demonstrated information technology operations support experience.
• Must have 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Must have a current DoW Secret clearance.
• Must have experience managing direct reports.
• Must have 8140 compliant education, training, or certification within 90 days of start (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
• Must be able to work primarily on-site at Joint Base Andrews.
• Familiarity with IT support in a DOW environment and ability to brief VIPs are required.
• Familiar with Remedy and/or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Has a current DoW Top Secret clearance (preferred).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent network certification (preferred).
• ITIL 4 foundation or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
