What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end test coordination process across multiple programs and various testing sites.
Coordinate logistics for diverse test events ranging from daily exercises to multi-week training operations.
Establish and manage an intake process for all incoming test event requirements.
Maintain and communicate a comprehensive schedule of test events across internal and external ranges.
Update and maintain the internal test range website regarding safety protocols, capabilities, and manuals.
Support the T&E Manager with evaluation, approval processes, resource allocation, and change management.
Maintain a roster of internal and external relationships to expand testing reach and capability.

What we're looking for

BS degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with cUAS, UAS, or other autonomous flight test programs.
Project management experience in technical fields.
Expertise in business systems including Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent test events and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter who can identify gaps and drive resolutions.
Experience working with DoD or DoE test ranges to coordinate flight tests (preferred).
