Director of Operations, Site Director

What you'll do

• Manage site and regional teams responsible for critical electrical, mechanical, and building infrastructure systems.
• Oversee daily operational execution, risk management, and maintenance performance to ensure high system availability.
• Enforce strict adherence to MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs for maintenance, load transfers, and emergency response.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for major incidents, ensuring rapid response and root cause analysis.
• Track operational KPIs related to reliability, safety, maintenance effectiveness, and incident trends.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee performance for OEMs and third-party service contractors.
• Drive a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all facility operations.
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure new infrastructure is built for long-term maintainability.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical operations, power generation, utilities, or industrial operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of critical MEP systems and data center operations in live environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational risk and executing in MOP-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead managers, technical teams, and vendor-supported operations in 24/7 critical environments.
• Experience with maintenance governance, incident response, and operational readiness at site or regional scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
• PE license or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, utility-scale power systems, or similar high-availability environments (preferred).
