What you'll do

  • Monitor and move equipment throughout the lab to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the physical movement of parts through onboarding, stocking, and purchasing processes.
  • Manage off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery for project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate MEP data and resolve inventory inaccuracies to support supply planning.
  • Manage calibrated equipment and maintain lab readiness for AS9100 audits.
  • Act as a safety EHS liaison by coordinating hazardous waste scheduling.
  • Maintain workspaces, manage consumables, and oversee general equipment maintenance.
  • Perform operational tasks to support engineering activities and test team requirements.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or granted refugee/asylee status).
  • Ability to lift and move items of 20 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in the full suite of MS Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate inventory management.
  • Commitment to compliance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
