What you'll do

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizen with 1+ year of IT-related support experience
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues
Experience in a rapid-paced, time-sensitive environment
Excellent team skills and ability to work independently
Must pass Motor Vehicle Records check for travel requirements
Comfortable working in a Law Enforcement environment
General knowledge of network products and systems
