What we're looking for
Must possess a TSSCI with polygraph clearance.
Must have 12 years of experience with a High School degree, 10 years with an Associate’s, 8 years with a Bachelor’s, 6 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD.
Must have a strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Must have hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Must be proficient with network monitoring tools like OpenText NOM, Nagios, PRTG Network Monitor, and Wireshark.
Must be proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Must have relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+.
Experience with OpenText NOM, ServiceNow ITOM, and automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef (preferred).
