You will define roadmaps, facilitate workshops for agent design and jobs-to-be-done analysis, and manage organizational readiness for AI adoption. Key responsibilities include designing solution architectures, overseeing deployments, and providing strategic feedback to product teams. You will utilize Salesforce Data Cloud, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and Agentforce. Required competencies include experience with LLM technologies, conversation design, responsible AI practices, prompt engineering, and managing complex business problems within secure, regulated environments to improve mission-readiness and logistics.
