As a Partner Solutions Architect - Public Sector, you will join the team to multiply technical reach by building capability across a portfolio of managed partners, including SIs, resellers, and cloud providers. You will be responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline, conducting technical workshops, and developing repeatable solution blueprints and reference architectures. Your daily work involves managing technical relationships with stakeholders, creating enablement roadmaps, and authoring customer-facing content like white papers and blogs. The role requires expertise in security operations, observability, AI, and semantic search technologies. You will utilize your experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure to solve complex problems for the public sector. Required skills include pre-sales experience in the software sector, technical proficiency in Python or Bash, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business cases for diverse audiences.
Manage technical relationships and build trust with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
Develop and execute Technical Engagement Plans to move partners through a maturity model.
Deliver hands-on technical lab workshops to build partner confidence in Elastic products.
Create solution blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable demos for partner use.
Author customer-facing content including white papers, blogs, and sales collateral.
Support the technical deployment of Elastic in partner labs and demonstration environments.
Execute sales playbooks to qualify deals, scope requirements, and increase average deal size.
Provide competitive positioning and "Why Elastic" messaging to help partners win against competitors.
What we're looking for
Must be located in or within commuting distance of the Florida Panhandle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
1+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing within the US Public Sector.
Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search technologies.
Technical experience in at least one Elastic solution area is highly desired (AI agents & Search, security operations, or observability).
Experience with AI/ML technologies, scripting languages, or technical training development is preferred.
