What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
Create 3D CAD models for components made from metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
Apply GD&T standards and industry best practices to all technical documentation.
Perform detailed analyses including FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow dynamics.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans to validate design performance.
Produce high-quality technical reports and presentations for design reviews and diverse audiences.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-optimized and manufacturable solutions.
Deliver key engineering documents including FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, and test specifications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
PhD with 3+ years of experience.
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, or SolidWorks.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Experience in project management and problem solving while managing multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical presentation abilities.
Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
