Mechanical Engineer IV

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from initial concept to final productization.
• Design components using various materials including metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
• Create 3D CAD models and ensure documentation aligns with SEMI standards and GD&T practices.
• Perform detailed analyses including FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow dynamics to specify designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
• Produce technical reports and presentations to communicate design intent and validation results during reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions are manufacturable and cost-optimized.
• Deliver critical engineering documents including FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, and test specifications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, and SolidWorks.
• Strong technical communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on experimental and design background coupled with solid engineering skills.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
• Experience leading projects or problem solving while managing multiple priorities (preferred).
