What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from conceptualization to productization.
Create 3D CAD models for components made from metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
Apply GD&T standards and industry best practices to all technical documentation.
Perform detailed analyses including FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow dynamics.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans to validate design performance.
Deliver key engineering documents including FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, and test specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-optimized.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, and SolidWorks.
Strong technical presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Experience leading projects or solving problems while managing multiple priorities is preferred.
