The MBO Operations & Analytics Manager joins a team dedicated to transforming the internal MBO process through a newly created role focused on the digital MBO engine. Build and maintain automated validation systems to reduce manual review and error risks for MBO data submissions.
Manage data integration across source systems and downstream scorecards to ensure consistent, reliable data flows.
Develop and maintain the scoring engine used to calculate MBO results and create real-time performance dashboards.
Expand self-service capabilities so executives can access reports and status updates without manual intervention.
Prototype and implement AI-enabled approaches to improve MBO administration efficiency.
Manage day-to-day system setup, scorecard configuration, and ongoing administrative tasks for the MBO process.
Coordinate with business owners to ensure timely and accurate data collection for quarterly and semi-annual evaluation cycles.
Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve user access issues while improving tools to reduce recurring requests.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in business/data analytics, systems administration, financial planning & analysis, or operations roles involving performance management, incentive, or scorecard systems.
Hands-on experience with data integration, validation, and dashboarding tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience with Varicent or similar incentive/performance management platforms (preferred).
Experience building AI-assisted tools or portals for internal business processes using low-code/AI platforms like Gemini or Codex.
Strong process orientation with the ability to design workflows and exception-management logic.
Effective communicator able to work directly with business owners on data and process issues.
