JOB TITLE: Manager, Data & Advanced Analytics
The Manager, Data & Advanced Analytics will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team to transform data into actionable insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes. This leader will partner with business stakeholders to identify key opportunities, communicate complex findings to senior leadership, and modernize workflows through automation and data science. The role involves building analytics that identify trends and benchmarks across various programs while ensuring data is trusted and scalable. Key technical requirements include proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and business intelligence or visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Candidates should also have experience applying AI or generative AI to business workflows. The work provides domain context within healthcare, specifically regarding pharmaceutical patient services, specialty pharmacy, and payer systems.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Partner with business leaders to identify key questions and opportunities for analytics support.
Deliver insights to improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
Develop cross-business analytics to identify trends, benchmarks, and leading indicators.
Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
Partner with data engineering and technology teams to ensure scalable and trusted data.

What we're looking for
8-12 years of experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience leading and developing analysts or analytics teams.
Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience applying AI or generative AI to analytics or business workflows.
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, specialty pharmacy, payer, or related industry experience.
