Analytics & Business Planning Lead, ASO Operations

What you'll do

• Design and govern analytical frameworks and KPI systems to measure and report on ASO operations performance.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements to lead the delivery of data initiatives with engineering partners.
• Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for executive-level decision making.
• Manage annual and quarterly business planning cycles including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and operational forecasting.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing data-backed recommendations and pressure-testing business assumptions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines and reporting infrastructure that serve as a single source of truth.
• Develop financial models that enable leaders to perform scenario planning and make informed resource decisions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of equivalent professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy and analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python skills to build production-grade solutions and automate workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing KPI frameworks and operational metrics with associated data infrastructure.
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of data programs by translating business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience building financial models and business planning processes, including capacity modeling and headcount forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker and experience with cloud-based platforms like Snowflake.
