What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, IT, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (typical).
5 years of recent relevant experience.
Expertise in data modeling, business intelligence tools, and database architecture to analyze complex data.
Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, R, and Python for data and analytics.
Ability to develop robust reporting, business models, and data visualizations to explain business patterns.
Experience building and guiding analytics capabilities specifically for healthcare or similar industries.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach a team of data engineers, architects, analysts, and BI specialists.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
