What you'll do

Manage test engineers to execute end-to-end testing for ground systems, flight systems, and novel technologies.
Perform individual contributor work by providing technical expertise on at least one assigned program.
Oversee test planning, safety planning, and risk management for all assigned programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and pilots to manage resources and meet business line testing demands.
Advise leadership on test capabilities and site capabilities for customer briefings and proposals.
Manage the organizational structure and hiring decisions based on team skill requirements.
Resolve technical gaps and operational issues by coordinating solutions with all necessary stakeholders.
Handle administrative requirements including time cards, finance approvals, and personnel management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
8+ years of hands-on test engineering experience or comparable skill.
2+ years of proven leadership experience such as an IPT lead, team lead, or platoon leadership.
Must possess a Top Secret US Security clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
Experience working with the Department of War, Government Cyber Commands/Agencies, and/or the Intelligence Community.
Experience producing customer-facing test process deliverables including test plans, reports, and data analysis.
Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role on government or private test sites/ranges.
Experience conducting safety planning or risk management.
