What you'll do

Direct the manufacturing test engineering team by setting objectives, guiding initiatives, and assessing outcomes.
Architect and oversee manufacturing test strategies to ensure scalable operations from pre-production to mass production.
Implement advancements in automation, uniformity, and operational streamlining for manufacturing testing processes.
Analyze test data to identify opportunities for product improvements and process enhancements.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure hardware is designed for easy production integration.
Manage the procurement of new test equipment while performing cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
Design proactive maintenance and calibration protocols for all manufacturing test equipment.
Serve as the technical authority for troubleshooting complex manufacturing test issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience leading manufacturing test engineering.
Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS.
Experience with PCBA and electronic assembly testing including knowledge of testing standards.
Proficiency in using electronic test equipment.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
Familiarity with Product Life Cycle (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Test Execution Systems (TES).
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
