What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading manufacturing test engineering teams.
Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS for system development.
Solid experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and knowledge of testing standards.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and quality improvement.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
Experience managing projects integrating electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
