Manager, System Level Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Drive custom SLT development to optimize system performance, power efficiency, and test coverage.
• Develop and integrate test flows, scripts, and automation to ensure robust SLT coverage.
• Define SLT manufacturing solutions and translate them into methodologies for GPU and Data Center segments.
• Develop test strategies for new product features, including the design and qualification of test fixtures and equipment.
• Develop test content and solutions using Python.
• Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate product lines and resolve technical problems.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability with post silicon validation experience in System or Board related products.
• 3+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining methodologies, developing scripts, and creating fixtures.
• Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level.
• Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
