Manager, System Level Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Drive custom SLT development to optimize system performance, power efficiency, and test coverage.
• Develop and integrate test flows, scripts, and automation for robust SLT coverage.
• Define manufacturing solutions and methodologies applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.
• Create test strategies for new features including the design and qualification of fixtures and diagnostic software.
• Develop test content and technical solutions using Python programming.
• Debug SLT issues in coordination with internal and external hardware, quality, and software partners.
• Research and implement new manufacturing test technologies to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to resolve technical problems and coordinate product lines.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with post-silicon validation for system or board products.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technical teams and projects.
• Experience designing and implementing test plans, methodologies, scripts, and fixtures for hardware products.
• Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level.
• Proficiency in Python programming and bash scripting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to mentor and lead a team of engineers.
