Test & Evaluation Engineer The Test & Evaluation team manages full system level development testing, production acceptance testing, and sub-component qualification for maritime, air, and land-based operations. What you'll do

Own the planning, execution, and reporting for full system level testing of hardware and software.
Conduct shore and sea-based tests to drive rapid design maturation and identify root causes for issues.
Integrate sensors, communication systems, and autonomy software into functional underwater products.
Provide technical direction and task assignment to the Field Operations team during test events.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the entire development and testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with program management to establish requirements, milestones, and test campaign gates.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure successful integration of customer payloads into systems.
Oversee test data collection and perform initial analysis for all systems under test.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing.
4+ years of experience as a lead test conductor for developmental systems on manned or unmanned sea-craft.
Proficiency in Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging.
Working knowledge of maritime operating rules and regulations.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret-level security clearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
