What you'll do

Own and execute full system level test and evaluation for hardware and software to drive design maturation.
Conduct shore and sea-based testing at private and government-owned ranges.
Integrate sensors, communication systems, and autonomy software into functional underwater products.
Provide technical guidance, task assignment, and scheduling for the Field Operations team.
Manage test documentation processes throughout the entire development and testing cycle.
Coordinate with program management to establish requirements, milestones, and test campaign gates.
Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful integration of payloads into the system.
Oversee data collection efforts and perform initial analysis for systems under test.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing are required.
7+ years of experience as a lead test conductor for developmental systems on manned or unmanned sea-craft is required.
Experience with maritime operating rules and regulations is required.
Proficiency in Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging is required.
Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to travel as required for test planning and execution is required.
