What you'll do

Lead the planning, execution, and reporting for developmental and operational test events in lab and field environments.
Manage the full lifecycle of system integration tests, production acceptance testing, and sub-component qualification.
Define verification strategies using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methods.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with program management, engineering teams, and external test ranges or agencies.
Oversee Test Readiness Reviews, Safety Review Boards, and the tracking of technical deficiencies.
Ensure all performance deviations are documented, prioritized, and communicated to engineering teams for resolution.
Establish measurable test coverage metrics and ensure traceability from requirements through validation results.
Supervise data analysis to deliver actionable findings on system performance and mission outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5-8 years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
3-5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or test lead capacity.
Proven experience leading teams of at least five engineers or technicians and managing multi-site campaigns.
Experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in a DoD environment.
Familiarity with MIL-STD protocols and government verification practices for developmental and operational testing.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for test execution at ranges and field sites.
