What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical lead for the Systems Engineering team.

  • Manage technical processes including SSP SPALT, PAD, Coordination Drawings, and Ordnance Documents.
  • Oversee SSP Flight Instrumentation Systems such as Radar, Telemetry, and Communications.
  • Contribute to and present during customer design reviews.
  • Support proposal activities and provide input on hiring and performance decisions.
  • Mentor less experienced Systems Engineers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of related experience without a degree.
  • Active US Secret Security Clearance and eligibility for Top Secret Clearance.
  • 5+ years of direct experience with at least two of the following: Underwater Acoustics, Telemetry, Communications, Optics, and Radar.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing processes, projects, tactics, and employees within a team.
  • Direct experience with SSP SPALT, PAD, Coordination Drawing, and Ordnance Document processes.
  • Direct experience working on SSP Flight Instrumentation Systems such as Radar, Telemetry, and Communication systems.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • U.S. citizens.
