Lead and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers and Engineers to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of shipboard technical solutions.

Design and lead an automation-first deployment pipeline strategy using infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.

Act as a technical liaison between internal departments, third-party vendors, and international stakeholders to resolve blockers.
Partner with SRE teams to develop and implement tools that modernize build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Translate organizational goals into clear roadmaps and delivery strategies for engineering teams and business partners.
Manage the transition of shipboard systems from the construction phase to operational teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of related technology experience with at least 3 years leading projects and coordinating across diverse teams.
Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure tooling including Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and modern version control workflows like Git.
Experience managing budgets and financial processes for technology portfolios, including forecasting and accruals.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects in multi-vendor environments including offshore teams.
Experience with Agile or similar software delivery methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
Experience in travel, hospitality, cruise industries, ship build projects, or maritime frameworks (preferred); Master’s degree or industry certifications (preferred).
