What you'll do

Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries.
Partner with sales teams to drive success in mid-to-large enterprise accounts.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 4 years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
Candidates should have 3+ years of management experience, preferably in pre-sales or managing distributed teams (preferred).
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Must possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the database industry is a plus (preferred).
A software development background is a plus (preferred).
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Candidates must be based in Singapore for the hybrid working model.
