What you'll do

Lead software design and development processes including requirements analysis, specifications, and implementation.

Contribute to technical project development as required by the organization.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
Active DoD secret clearance.
Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across functions.
Experience recruiting and hiring technical talent.
Experience as a Cost Account Manager utilizing EVMS and program execution lifecycle.
Experience developing technical and cost volume inputs for proposals.
Experience working within an Agile development environment (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
