Manager, Software Engineering, Salesforce

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce solutions including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud from intake through ongoing support.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining onshore and offshore capacity plans.
• Enforce solution-level decision rights and SDLC governance to ensure predictable delivery and operational stability.
• Oversee build-to-run transitions by defining readiness criteria, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, BAs, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, compliant Salesforce configurations.
• Drive root-cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational breakdowns and technical debt.
• Coach and develop team members to build sustainable delivery capabilities and a culture of ownership.

What we're looking for

• 8-12 years of experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Engineering, QA, BA, and PM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environments.
• Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Experience operating in regulated environments such as healthcare or adjacent industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated use of structured delivery artifacts like WBS, LOE-based estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and change control.
