What you'll do

Own end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce-based solutions including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud platforms.
Translate product goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, and technical requirements.
Manage project budgets, resource capacity planning, and financial tracking for all assigned Salesforce initiatives.
Enforce enterprise SDLC standards, quality assurance protocols, and structured change control processes.
Oversee the transition of solutions from development to production while ensuring long-term operational stability.
Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to ensure consistent delivery and execution.
Manage technical debt, break/fix work, and root-cause analysis to improve system performance.
Communicate solution trade-offs and roadmap impacts to internal stakeholders and external clients.

What we're looking for

8-12 years of experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Engineering, QA, BA, and PM.
Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environments.
Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare or adjacent industries preferred).
Demonstrated use of structured delivery artifacts such as WBS, LOE-based estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and change control.
