Manager, Software Engineering

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end outcomes for solutions including intake, build, implementation, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage solution-level budgets, resource capacity planning, and financial impacts related to delivery decisions.
• Enforce SDLC governance, QA standards, and structured change control across the development lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth build-to-run transitions by defining readiness criteria and managing post-release stability.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of technical debt, break/fix work, and remediation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, BA, QA, and Product to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
• Coach and develop team members in roles such as Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineers.

What we're looking for

• 8-12 years of experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Engineering, QA, BA, and PM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environments.
• Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated use of structured delivery artifacts such as WBS, LOE-based estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and change control.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare or adjacent industries preferred).
