Manager, Software Engineering

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned solutions from initial intake through ongoing support and stability.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining capacity plans across multiple teams.
• Define and operate a consistent flow of work following enterprise SDLC gates and QA standards.
• Ensure build-to-run transitions are clearly documented and execute knowledge transfers for post-release stability.
• Enforce requirements for QA, accessibility, security, and compliance to ensure evidence-based readiness.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams including Engineering, BA, QA, and Product stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members to build sustainable delivery capabilities and a culture of ownership.

What we're looking for

• 8-12 years of experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Engineering, QA, BA, and PM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environments.
• Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Experience operating in regulated environments, such as healthcare or adjacent industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated use of structured delivery artifacts like WBS, LOE-based estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and change control.
