What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned Pharmacy Applications from intake and build through ongoing support.
  • Translate business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, dependencies, and risk awareness.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year application roadmaps aligning business priorities with technical debt and modernization.
  • Manage solution-level architecture decisions including integration patterns, scalability, and platform resiliency.
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, and budgets for Pharmacy Applications and supporting middleware.
  • Define and operate a consistent flow of work ensuring adherence to enterprise SDLC gates and QA standards.
  • Establish and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for critical integration flows.
  • Lead a dedicated team of engineers and analysts while setting clear performance goals and development plans.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Engineering, Integration, QA, and PM.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, SQL-based data access, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and operational delivery execution.
  • Experience managing delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience operating in regulated or operationally critical environments.
  • Experience using structured delivery artifacts such as WBS, interface inventories, LOE-based estimates, RAID logs, and change control.
  • Experience directly managing a small technical team including technical leads, business analysts, and engineers.
  • Experience owning application roadmaps, platform health, prioritization decisions, and vendor delivery outcomes.
  • Experience supporting pharmacy, healthcare, regulated, or operationally critical platforms (preferred).
