What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in software engineering, technology delivery, or platform leadership.
Experience leading engineering managers or multiple development teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce architecture or development certifications (preferred).
Significant experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations, engineering teams, or platform organizations.
Experience delivering customer service, contact center, CRM, or digital servicing solutions within a regulated enterprise or financial services environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform governance, and declarative and programmatic development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, OAuth, automated testing, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and release management.
