Senior Engineer, SalesForce Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Own technical execution quality for Salesforce solutions, including implementation approaches and configuration components.
• Lead design and code reviews for Apex, integrations, Flows, security models, and data models.
• Identify platform risks early and propose mitigation plans and technical tradeoffs to leadership.
• Define and reinforce Salesforce standards and patterns to ensure consistency and reuse across the organization.
• Create technical documentation including design decisions, integration contracts, and deployment notes.
• Manage the SDLC process from requirements to release, including change control and operational readiness.
• Drive technical debt remediation and improve platform stability through monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor engineers and admins to raise technical maturity through standards and review practices.

What we're looking for

• Strong Salesforce technical experience including configuration, integration, and SDLC delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on application development experience for custom and/or enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations (preferred).
• Experience with build/run operational practices, security controls, and regulated environments (preferred).
• Experience producing reusable Salesforce patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and resolve production issues effectively.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
