Senior Engineer, Salesforce Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Lead design and code reviews for Apex, integrations, flows, security models, and data models to ensure best practices.
• Identify Salesforce platform risks early and develop mitigation plans in partnership with delivery leadership.
• Define and enforce technical standards and patterns to ensure consistent, scalable, and secure system architecture.
• Create technical documentation including design decisions, integration contracts, and deployment notes for team continuity.
• Manage the full SDLC by defining tasks, milestones, and determining whether to use configuration or custom code.
• Drive technical debt remediation and improve platform stability through monitoring, telemetry, and root-cause analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders and business partners.
• Mentor engineers and administrators to increase technical maturity through consistent review practices and coaching.

What we're looking for

• Strong Salesforce technical experience including configuration, integration, and SDLC delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on application development experience for custom or enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations (preferred).
• Experience with build/run operational practices, security controls, and regulated environments (preferred).
• Experience producing reusable Salesforce patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps (preferred).
