What you'll do

Manage all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion.
Oversee site-specific technical statements of work, performance metrics, and overall daily operations.
Manage administrative tasks including employee timesheets, performance evaluations, and facility safety/security.
Direct the daily work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative departments.
Provide leadership, guidance, and career development for all site employees.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate human resources policies and safety protocols.
Resolve personnel conflicts and address employee performance issues.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, or Master’s Degree and 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.
Must have 1 to 3 years of experience managing in a manufacturing or related environment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Pilgrim.
Experience with Lean Mfg. principles and building teams (preferred).
Knowledge of supporting systems like AHOPS, DOD4145.26M, MM&IR, OPCB, BOMIS, or quality management systems (preferred).
