What you'll do

Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 4 years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in pre-sales or managing distributed teams.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven track record of overachievement and results orientation is required.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience in the database industry or software development is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required.
