What you'll do

Manage overall program execution performance including cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment.
Ensure all program commitments are executable and aligned with established baselines and contractual requirements.
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities while driving proactive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, engineering, and supply chain to meet objectives.
Provide clear status communications and lead program reviews in governance forums for leadership and stakeholders.
Drive issue resolution across functional boundaries and implement corrective actions based on health indicators.
Partner with IPT Leads and Engineering to ensure technical alignment supports program goals.
Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and internal corporate governance standards.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret clearance at the time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related professional experience or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related professional experience.
Experience leading program or project execution in a complex defense or aerospace environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Strong communication and briefing skills for leadership and customer audiences.
Preferred experience with IBCS, manufacturing production programs, Earned Value Management, and FMS execution.
