What you'll do

Own overall program execution performance for the assigned scope.
Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment to ensure commitments are executable.
Manage program risks and opportunities by driving proactive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on program objectives and drive issue resolution.
Deliver clear status communications to senior leadership, government officials, and customer stakeholders.
Monitor program health indicators and implement corrective actions as required.
Maintain compliance with all contractual requirements and internal governance.
Ensure alignment between program requirements and product execution activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related professional experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of related professional experience.
Program leadership or project execution experience in a complex defense or aerospace environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Demonstrated customer interface, team organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Comprehension of organizational financial management and reporting.
Active Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
