Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint. The role addresses complex sustainment problems including Logistics Support Analysis, Maintenance Planning, Modeling & Simulation, Prognostics & Health Management, and Obsolescence Management within a high-security defense environment.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical integration authority for Product Support tasking across multiple program organizations.
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to team members within the Technical Integration department.
  • Coordinate with other integration leaders to ensure alignment of best practices across the program.
  • Monitor industry best practices and government guidance to influence Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to produce high-quality technical analyses on schedule.
  • Present technical status, solutions, risks, and opportunities to leadership and the customer.
  • Act as the Contract Administration Manager (CAM) for specific technical integration work packages.
  • Support and shape proposal activities to meet program goals.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 7 years of related experience.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 5 years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Access Program (SAP) access via a Program Access Request.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 9 years of engineering experience, or a Master's in STEM and 7 years of engineering experience (preferred).
  • SCI eligible and current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance (preferred).
  • Experience with contracts, program management, risk management, government acquisition lifecycle, or logistics support elements (preferred).
  • Demonstrated financial management skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (preferred).
