Manager, IT Applications

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Epic Radiant modules including development, testing, configuration, and implementation.
• Oversee daily operations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting for radiology-specific IT applications.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver technical solutions and manage support tickets.
• Identify business requirements from stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Manage service delivery by overseeing incident resolution, problem management, and maintenance of application enhancements.
• Ensure data governance and security policies are followed to maintain information quality and confidentiality.
• Monitor industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage capital and operating budgets for the department.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Radiant certification is required.
• At least three years of experience managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or related industries.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (preferred).
• Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency (preferred).
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving and issue resolution (preferred).
